中银航空租赁有限公司是全球顶级的飞机经营性租赁公司，于2006年12月成为中国银行全资子公司。

公司凭借专业的航空业知识与出色的管理能力，与航空公司客户、飞机制造商以及其他主要航空业参与者建立了牢固的合作关系。公司自有机队价值亚洲排名第一、全球第五。机队平均机龄约4年，是飞机经营性租赁行业内平均机龄最低的机队之一。

2016年，中银航空租赁在香港联交所上市。公司总部设在新加坡，并在都柏林、伦敦、纽约和天津设有办事处。
